Who can borrow from BiiTrust?

Any Kenyan adult with a National ID, a registered Safaricom line and a business or regular income. You register once at a branch or through an officer, pay the KSh 500 registration fee, and you can apply.

How fast do I get the money?

Once your application is approved the full amount is sent straight to your M-Pesa — nothing is deducted from it. Your officer tells you when to expect it.

How is the interest worked out?

Starter, Flex and Biz loans use a flat rate for the whole term — for example a KSh 5,000 Flex Loan at 18% means you repay KSh 5,900 in 4 equal weekly instalments of KSh 1,475. Nothing is deducted from the amount you receive. Asset Financing uses a reducing balance, so interest falls as you pay.

How do I repay?

Pay through M-Pesa Paybill 4050329. For the account number enter 3907# followed by your National ID number, e.g. 3907#12345678. You can also tap "Repay" in the member portal to get an M-Pesa prompt on your phone.

What happens if I pay late?

We send you a reminder before every instalment is due. If an instalment is more than 3 days late a small late charge applies per overdue instalment, and repeated late payment limits the next loan you qualify for. Talk to your officer early if you are struggling — we would rather reschedule than penalise.

Can I get a bigger loan next time?

Yes. Paying every instalment on time moves you up — from Starter to Flex to Biz — and your officer can raise your limit.

Is my information safe?

We process personal data under Kenya’s Data Protection Act, 2019, share credit information only with licensed credit reference bureaus, and never sell your data.

Can I pay in cash at the branch?

Branch staff can receive cash and bank payments and record them for you. In the member portal you can only pay by M-Pesa or confirm an M-Pesa payment with its transaction code.
