How to repay

Repay in under a minute, from any Safaricom line.

Use your National ID number as the account and the payment goes straight onto your loan. You get an SMS receipt when it is posted.

Option 1 · Paybill

Lipa na M-Pesa

  1. Open M-Pesa and choose Lipa na M-Pesa.
  2. Select Pay Bill.
  3. Business number: 4050329
  4. Account number: 3907# then your ID number — e.g. 3907#12345678
  5. Enter your instalment amount and your M-Pesa PIN.
  6. Wait for the M-Pesa SMS, then our receipt SMS.
Option 2 · Member portal

Tap “Repay”

  1. Sign in at member.biitrust.com.
  2. Tap Repay on your loan and confirm the amount.
  3. An M-Pesa prompt appears on your phone — enter your PIN.
  4. Your balance updates as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Paid by Paybill but it is not showing? In the portal choose Confirm a payment and enter the M-Pesa transaction code (e.g. SJK4L9X2Q1).

Keep your record clean and simple.

Paying for someone else?

Use their ID number in the account field. The payment lands on their loan, not yours.

Paid more than due?

Extra money is kept on your account and counts towards your next instalment.

Cash or bank?

Branch staff can receive cash or bank payments and record them for you — always ask for a receipt.

BiiTrust will never ask for your M-Pesa PIN, and never asks you to pay to a personal number. Only pay to Paybill 4050329.
